GENERAL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities: To maintain and grow a successful facility by staying true to Premier Athletics culture, mission, policies, and procedures. Effectively manage all programs, both competitive and recreational, in your facility.  Oversee the gym financials to ensure collections are made and budgets are met/exceeded.  Hiring, training and terminating of staff members as well as execute staff meetings and trainings on a regular basis.  Oversee the application of excellent customer service by all staff members.  Maintain a clean and safe environment in the gym through proper custodial care and maintenance of equipment and facility. Participate in management training during the year. 


Knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Excellent customer service and people skills. Good working knowledge of all programs in the gym and ability to instruct classes or coach competitive teams.  Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use iClassPro as well as other programs that might be used.  Ability to lead others in a positive, confidence building manner and ability to problem solve with ease.  Bachelor's Degree in business, sports management or related field, preferred.  


ASSISTANT MANGER

Key Responsibilities: To  assist the General Manager in maintaining or developing a successful facility by staying true to Premier Athletics culture,  policies, and procedures.  Effectively implement all programs assigned to you, both competitive and recreational, in your facility by proper management and delegation.  Training staff members as well as execute staff meetings and trainings on a regular basis, under the guidance of the General Manager.  Oversee the application of excellent customer service by all staff members.  Maintain a clean and safe environment in the gym through proper custodial care and maintenance of equipment and facility. Participate in management training during the year. 


Knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies: Excellent organizational and communication skills.  Excellent customer service and people skills.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use  iClass Pro as well as other programs that might be used.  Ability to lead others in a positive, confidence building manner and ability to problem solve with ease.  Ability and willingness to work side by side with your General Manager to create a cohesive, productive and successful management team.  Bachelor's Degree in business, sports management or related field, preferred.

HOSPITALITY MANAGER

Key Responsibilities: Understand and implement Premier Athletics culture and mission. To provide excellent customer service to our customers. In addition. hospitality managers maintain or develop an organized and efficient front office by keeping all records up to date. Assist in creating a friendly and informative environment and ensure all other staff working under you are doing the same.  Must be knowledgable of facility current events, closings, scehduled and updates. 

 

Knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies: Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, written and oral communications skills and ability to relate positively with staff, customers, and athletes. Excellent working knowledge of iClass Pro and Microsoft Office.  Thorough and current knowledge of all programs offered and the ability to sell and promote those programs as well as any special events or other things that may come up during the year.  Ability to multi-task and problem solve.  Ability to work pleasantly in a busy and energized environment. 


HOSPITALITY STAFF

Key Responsibilities: Expected to represent a friendly and informative environment.  Also responsible for checking messages, returning calls, giving out information about Premier Athletics services, and keeping our customers aware of current events, closings, and updates as well as implement any duties the hospitality manager need of you.  The ideal candidate will work efficiently under the leadership of the hospitality manager to maintain an organized and professional office. 


 Knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies: Exceptional customer service skills, organizational skills, written and oral communication skills, and working knowledge or capable of learning of iClass Pro and Microsoft Office.  Existing knowledge or capabale of learning all programs offered and the ability to sell and promote those programs as well as any special events or other things that may come up during the year.  Ability to work pleasantly in a busy and energized environment.

PROGRAM SUPERVISORS

Premier Athletics has program supervisors in most/all departments. All Star Cheer, All Star Dance, Gymnastics, Recreational Classes, and Preschool 


Key Responsibilities: Continue to foster a solid foundation in Premier Athletics culture and mission. To oversee the growth and continued success of their department. Coordinating schedules, training of staff, implementation of practice plans, and curriculums. Competitive program supervisors are also repsonsible for coordinating competitions, travel, camps, coaches meetings, parent meetings, team fund budgets, and other related duties.


Knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies: Excellent and current knowledge of their sports rules and regulations. Must be current with credentails and certifications. Must have excellent knowledge of their department. Should have excellent organizational skills as well as verbal and written communication skills. Will attend meetings, conference calls, trainings, and camps as scheduled by the GM.

TEAM COACHES

Premier Athletics has coaching positions in cheerleading, dance, gymnasitcs, and power tumbling.


Key Responsibilities: Leading by example the Premier Athletics culture and mission. Assist in the growth and continued success of your program through positive and effective coaching. Successfully coach your athletes by helping them grow as an athlete and as a person. Ability to plan and execute effective practices. Willingness to attend competition, trainings, and staff meetings.Contribute to the overall success of the gym by teaching classes and clinics.


Knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies: Excellent knowledge and ability to coach the levels required of you. Good communication skills with parents, staff, and athletes. Ability to work well with other staff members. Excellent knowledge of the rules of your sport and professional responsiblity code. Ability to make needed changes to routines to ensure success.

CLASS INSTRUCTORS


Premier Athletics has class instructors that teach preschool cheerleading, gymnastics, and dance, tumbling, cheerleading, gymnastics, dance and ninja.


Key Responsibilities: Lead by example the Premier Athletics culture and mission. Must be dependable and able to teach the classes on your schedule. Should be knowledgeable of the class curriculum and how to teach the associated skills in the curriculums. Must be friendly, outgoing, and able to work well with students, staff and customers. Willing to attend staff meetings and trainings.


Knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies: Prior teaching experience is preferred. Capable of working with beginner and intermediate students. Skilled at training elite skills is a great attribute. Knowledge of body mechanics is a plus. Must have a positive attitude and great work ethic.

SCHOOL SQUAD COACHES


Key Responsibilities: Lead by example the Premier Athletics culture and mission. Assist in the growth and continued success of the School Cheer& Dance programs through positive and effective coaching.  Effectively and successfully coach all levels/skills required of you by your Supervisor and team that you coach.  Ability to plan and execute practices.  Ability and willingness to attend all competitions, trainings, and staff meetings as required by your Supervisor or Manager.  Willingness to assist in the overall success of the gym by teaching classes and clinics as needed.  


Knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies: Excellent knowledge and ability to coach all levels/skills required of you by your Supervisor and team. Good communication skills with parents, staff and athletes.  Ability to work well with all other staff members and programs within the gym.  Excellent understanding of all School rules and how they pertain to all levels you are coaching.  Ability to make needed changes/upgrades to routines to ensure success.
