Cole Stott is the President of Premier Athletics. Cole earned a business degree focused on Sport Management from The University of Tennessee in 1998. Cole has co-founded several companies with a focus on youth sports throughout his career. He has extensive experience in all aspects of business development with a focus on strategy across multiple activities. He enjoys travel and lake time with his wife Kristy and two sons Mason and Maddox.
Stacy graduated college with a degree in mathematics and started with Premier Athletics as a manger in 2001. She has assisted numerous start up and seasonal businesses with growth strategies, processes, and branding. She has traveled across the U.S. speaking on leadership and business topics. She was 2014 USASF Coach of the Year and has coached many cheer and dance teams over the years to victories at Summit and the World Championships. She is also a multi-time award-winning author. Stacy believes strongly in Premier Athletics mission to teach young athletes to be self confident, do their best, and have fun. Her focus is on providing the best experience possible for all athletes that attend Premier Athletics facilities. She is passionate about Premier Athletics having a positive impact on it's communities. Stacy is a wife and mother of two wonderful children and loves to read in her spare time.
Brittnee started as an athlete at Premier Athletics where she cheered competitively. From there she continued in the cheer world and went on to work for Varsity All Star out of the Knoxville office for 7+ years. She has worn many different hats and had several different roles for the Varsity Knoxville office. Brittnee transitioned to Premier Athletics Corporate as the Digital Director & Marketing in January 2020. She loves being back with Premier Athletics and involved in this industry and the many different roles and opportunities it provides.
Angie Ogden is the School Squad Liason for Knoxville North and Northern Kentucky Gyms. She has several years of All-Star Coaching experience as well as running the Cheerleading Program at Knoxville Catholic Highschool for a total of 11 years. Angie’s passion is making people fall in love with cheerleading and teaching the traditional aspects of cheer while developing cheerleaders into the respected athletes they are. Angie lives in Knoxville with her husband, Tommy and their two daughters, Finley, and Graham.
Susan came to Tennessee from South Carolina to attend ETSU, where she cheered and received a Marketing degree. She coached at the Premier Athletics gym that was in Johnson City for six years before moving to Knoxville and has now been with Premier Athletics for nearly 20 years. She is a proud mommy of three precious daughters, Hartley, Hayden, and Hollis.
Kerissa was on the University of Tennessee Dance Team for 4 years and the UT Dance Company for 3 years. In addition to this, she studied ballet and tap for 2 years. Kerissa has been the head coach for Premier Athletics Dance Company since 2006. She has 2 beautiful girls and 1 handsome son! Her favorite style of dance is Jazz/Contemporary and her favorite dancer is Janet Jackson.
Ros attended Northern Kentucky University on a full scholarship for volleyball and transferred to Midway College where she continued to play collegiately. Ros came to Premier Athletics through a merger between her former gym, Spirit of Kentucky and Premier Athletics. This was one of the best decisions Ros could have made for herself, her children, and athletes. Premier Athletics allowed NKY families and athletes more opportunities along with her staff. Ros is married and has 6 children who are all college graduates (3 of whom now work at the gym in their spare time) along with 2 stepchildren. A fun fact about Ros is that she was named MVP in 3 sports during high school and was named to the Hall of Fame along with being named to the All Region NAIA in college. Ros says that volleyball was her gateway to the competitive world of all-star cheer and dance.
Jay Noffsinger is the owner of Premier Athletics Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Crossville. Jay is a former Marine Corps Combat Engineer. After completing basic training, he followed and completed courses dependent upon his field specialty. Jay studied business at Middle Tennessee State University and has several years of experience in business management and administration. He is an excellent motivator and has coached teams to numerous national titles and a World title. Jay loves providing communities with family friendly gyms that educate, train, and provide life skills to athletes of all ages.
Ace Major is the General Manager at Premier Athletics Murfreesboro. He has a passion for the growth and development of youth athletes in the sport of cheerleading and tumbling. Ace graduated with a Bachelor's in Athletic Training from Middle Tennessee State University, where he also started his career in coaching at Tumble Kids Gymnastics of Murfreesboro in 1999. While his first love was acrobatic gymnastics, he grew to love the sport of cheer while cheering for MTSU and earning his degree. Ace started at Premier Athletics in 2000, which led him to his management position in the Murfreesboro location in 2011. After 25+ years in the business he still loves the opportunity to provide the space and training for youth athletes in his community to find their love for cheer.
Coach Cade has an extensive background in gymnastics and cheerleading with over 15 years of experience as an athlete. Cade began coaching at Premier Athletics in 2013 at our Lexington facility. He has worked in our Nashville and Northern Kentucky locations. He came back to his home town to manage the Crossville location in 2022. Cade’s favorite part about working at Premier is helping athletes excel in the sport they love.
Chasity got her start in cheer at a ripe age of four where she cheered pop warner and continuing her love for cheer in middle school and high school where she served as captain her Junior and Senior Year. Chasity won All-Star Nationals in 1997 as a member of United Gators. Chasity was also named Cheerleader of the Month in American Cheerleader Magazine in October of 1997 as she entered her first year in college at Austin Peay State University. Her team competed nationally and was ranked 2nd in the nation twice during her efforts there and she was elected captain her Junior and Senior Year. Upon graduating from APSU with a BSN in Nursing, she chose to put her nursing career on hold as she co-owned and franchised Premier cheer gyms in Middle TN. She has been an all-star director for Premier Athletics and ACE all-stars for the State of TN collectively for 13 years. She has coached all ages and levels to regional and National titles and has even taken several teams to top finishes at the World Championships.
Nancy has been with Premier Athletics since 2008 and all four of her daughters have cheered competitively with Premier Athletics Michigan. She is a former gymnast and has taught gymnastics to kids of all ages and ability levels. she loves spending time with her family doing outdoor activities like canoeing, horseback riding, and barbecues. She and her husband Dan have been married for 22 years.
